William "Spunky" Roberts

William Ezra “Spunky” Roberts, 50, of Turtle Creek went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Ruth Bias Roberts; father, Lushen Ray Roberts ; and brother, Joey Jay Roberts.
Surviving his memories are his sisters, Gelie (John) King of Alum Creek, and Leona (Rob) White of Turtle Creek; step mother, Janice Roberts; step sisters, Rita Gail (Bobby) Gillenwater of Harts, and Jennifer (James) Saunders of Hamlin; step brother, Sam (Peggy) Adkins of Danville, and Jackie Adkins of Alkol.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 7 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Jessie Perdue officiating. Burial will follow in James and Lillie Roberts Cemetery, Alkol, WV.
Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the people at Hillcrest Health Care Center in Danville, WV, Boone County Ambulance Authority of Madison, WV and Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.
